For a pilot, there are very few feelings like “rocking your wings” and landing on one of the colored runway dots at Wittman Regional Airport for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. More than 10,000 airplanes descend on these runways during the week, giving it the “world’s busiest airport” moniker for good reason.
